head of form (HOF)

The highest printable line on a page or the first line on which data is to be entered on a form. The term is also used with respect to continuous stationery to denote the first printing line; it is often the fourth line space below the fold.; 页面上最高的打印行或向表中输入数据的第一行。对于连续的打印纸,表头指第一打印行,通常是折页下面第4个空行。
